For Public & Social Sector Leaders
Stronger leaders. Stronger networks.
Whether you lead an agency, serve on a board or lead within a department, you're balancing the people you serve, the staff you lead and the funders you answer to. Good Works Results partners with leaders like you through executive coaching, strategic advisory and cross-sector convening, so you can clarify direction, grow your team and strengthen your community.

For Funders and Agency Networks
Peer programs that strengthen a whole network
Most of our public-sector work is built with township mental health boards and the agencies they fund. Leaders meet as a cohort, work on the challenges they actually share, and take what they learn back to their teams.

Peer Forums
Leaders from funded agencies meet as a cohort through the year, work on the challenges they share, and find out they're not the only one. Includes the Nonprofit Leaders Forum and the Agency Capacity Builder, with 90+ leaders served across 10 peer cohorts.

Community Leaders Series
Quarterly 75-minute gatherings where business, school, government and nonprofit leaders hear a real community challenge and meet the people working on it. Free to attend.
Community Resource Guides
Local services in one guide, organized by need, so the people residents turn to can point them to the right door.

"When it came time to develop a program for the DeKalb County Community Mental Health Board's annual retreat, I knew Daniel had the perspective, passion, and knowledge to make the day a success. He took the time to understand the request, put together an informed and flexible presentation, and guided the Board through a complex and thoroughly productive process. Everyone agreed that Daniel's work made the day a victory!"
