Building leaders to know their value, strengthen confidence, and achieve meaningful contributions to flourishing communities.

About Good Works Results
Good Works Results LLC is a DuPage County-based practice built to strengthen nonprofit and community leadership, combining executive coaching, cohort-based peer learning programs, and cross-sector convening to help leaders and the organizations they run turn expertise, relationships, and shared knowledge into stronger outcomes for the communities they serve. Daniel Riemenschneider, the principal consultant, has been offering these services since 2018, and the business was restructured as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in 2022.
The practice is built on collaboration, not isolation. Good Works Results has worked with multiple mental health boards throughout northeastern Illinois, partnering with 50+ nonprofit agencies and the executive directors, boards, and mid-level leaders who run them. That network of relationships, not any one person, is what makes the work possible.

Daniel Riemenschneider
Principal Consultant
Daniel Riemenschneider is an experienced leader in nonprofit management, program design, and community partnerships. Daniel's approach is grounded in deep listening and compassionate guidance, meeting leaders where they are before working toward a path forward. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC-ICF) with 1,000+ hours of coaching experience.
Across his broader practice, Daniel has launched eight cohorts of the Nonprofit Leaders Forum model, serving community mental health board networks in DuPage and Cook counties, and two additional peer cohorts through the Agency Capacity Builder program, focused on helping funded agencies find solutions for specific challenges such as workforce retention and data management. Beyond these cohort programs, Daniel also provides individual and team coaching and project-based consulting to nonprofits, boards, and businesses working through specific organizational challenges.
Daniel serves on the boards of the Bloomingdale Parks Foundation, NuPAGE Communities, and the DuPage Youth Service Coalition, and in 2025 received the Ray Graham Association's Monarch Effect Award. He also invests in his own growth the way he encourages his clients to, working with his own business coach and staying connected to a network of peers and mentors.

How It Helps
Client-Centered Approach
Every engagement starts with listening, not a pitch, so the work that follows is built around what a partner actually needs, not a package being sold.
Peer Forum & Cohort Facilitation
Agencies gain a structured peer network for solving shared challenges together, from one-on-one partner consultations to community-wide problem-solving.
Grant & Proposal Development
Community funders get proposals and reporting that translate capacity-building work into evidence they can act on.
Cross-Sector Convening
Business, government, education, and nonprofit leaders gain real relationships and a place to work through shared community challenges together, not just another networking event.
Organizational Development & Training
Organizations gain clear strategic plans, targeted assessments, and hands-on workshops built around their real goals, not an off-the-shelf curriculum.
Leadership & Team Coaching
Leaders and teams gain stronger communication, greater confidence, and renewed motivation.
