Celebrating the culmination of the Nonprofit Leadership Advisory Forum for Hanover Township’s 2024-2025 cohort, our final forum session highlighted the value of this program. By providing validation, acceptance, and a supportive environment for candid peer-to-peer conversations, this forum has empowered mid-level leaders to build a strong network with trusted relationships, expand their professional skills, and collectively problem-solve for the benefit of our community.
This session’s discussions included managing inter-team dynamics and perceived preferential treatment within agencies, navigating client crises, and the importance of creating steadiness amidst chaos. We explored strategies such as internal shadowing programs, developing robust productivity reports, and practicing tactical empathy in challenging client interactions.
This forum, in partnership with Good Works Results LLC, has deepened awareness of the mental health network of agencies, provided support for new leadership roles, and served as a vital resource for navigating complex challenges and collaborating on solutions.
A huge thank you to Hanover Township Mental Health Board for their support as our funder, and to the dedicated partners who made this forum a success, including:
