The landscape for nonprofit leaders is challenging. As they grapple with the complexities of a new federal administration, funding uncertainties loom large, and the weight of responsibilities takes a toll on dedicated staff. Amidst these hurdles, the need for leadership support and guidance is paramount.
That’s where my work comes in. In 2025, I’m committed to supporting over 30 nonprofit leaders in DuPage County and northwest Cook County (IL) through the Nonprofit Leadership Advisory Forum. This program equips mid-level leaders in the mental health, substance abuse, and developmental/intellectual disability sectors with the tools and connections they need to thrive. Through group forums and coaching sessions, participants build a strong peer network, engage in targeted professional development, and tackle real-world challenges together.
The result? Empowered leaders, stronger organizations, and a lasting positive impact on our community.
