Partnering with community-based businesses, nonprofits, schools, and leaders to secure specific solutions to leadership capacity building, staff development, scaling, and program implementation:

 

Launched a nonprofit advisory forum expanding the capacity of nonprofit leaders to tackle mental health, substance abuse, and disability challenges through training, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
Trained health clinic supervisors to utilize a developmental management system to support 75+ professionals.
Helped launch a community resource center by creating a managing board, programming framework, communications, and collaborative partnerships to expand outreach. Achieved all first-year strategic plan goals.
Designed and implemented a strengths program for a middle school, training teachers to coach students, fostering positive youth development.

Coached middle school secretary team to achieve continuous improvement enhancements in partnership with the school administrator’s objectives. 

Facilitated group coaching for an international nonprofit, delivering the requested Learning & Development framework.

Successfully wrote and deployed a grant to provide multiple mental health training and youth community events resulting in 50 individuals being trained and an event reaching 400 people.
